According to our Agile Scrum study, tens of thousands of Scrum Masters are active in Canada in the following sectors: Information Technology and Services, Computer Software, Internet, Financial Services and Marketing and Advertising.

Three-quarters of the Scrum Masters in Quebec are in the Montreal area and 25% of all Scrum Masters in the province hold a position directly related to Marketing.

29% of Scrum Masters in Canada occupy a role directly related to Marketing.

Scrum Master in Montéal, Toronto and Quebec City

Toronto has more than double the amount of Scrum Masters compared to Montreal and the proportion of activities in a marketing context is 29%, the same as the Canadian average.

Montreal (25%) however has a higher ratio of Scrum Master whose role is directly related to Marketing compared to the Quebec region (17%).
